One of our favourite places in Stockholm. Djurgården is quite magical and is unlike any other island in Stockholm. It’s a Royal Park full of woodland trails and secret palaces. The island is also home to Stockholm’s, and Sweden’s, most visited museum, The Vasa Museum.  You can visit the Vikings on Djurgården, have an adventure with Pippi Longstocking and seek a thrill at Gröna Lund.

Djurgården is definitely the place to visit in Stockholm when you want to get the most out of your day. To get there you can take the tram or just walk along the water from the center of Stockholm. So easy!
