The newest eatery on Djurgården is set within the newest museum in Stockholm, Vikingaliv. The restaurant is called Glöd and overlooks the Vasahamnen harbour next to the Vasa Museum.
The food is excellent and the restaurant is run by Anna Broms, owner of the popular restaurant Broms on Karlaplan.
It’s easy to access with buggies and prams and it’s got plenty of space. It is slightly pricier than normal but if you compare it to some other “tourist” restaurants, it’s pretty reasonable.
