Looking for something to kick start your new year with baby? Littlebearabroad and Yoga Breakfast Club are hosting a 5 week programme of Baby Yogis for parents and their little ones. An hour of gentle movements and yoga flow, followed by a healthy, refreshing breakfast shala. 

Course starts week #6 (3rd Feb). Maximum 10 per class. Yoga designed for parents and older babies. Each course includes 5 x 1 hour of yoga and a post-yoga breakfast samling for parents and babies. Breakfast is provided and is plant-based, deliciously healthy and gluten-free.

Each course costs 1550 SEK ✨?

In this 5 week course we will:

  • focuses on the early months of life with baby.
  • Bonding movement, light massage, breathing exercises to increase oxytocin and offer light relief from the rush of post-natal hormones.
  • Easy to remember yoga flows that incorporate baby.
  • Post-yoga breakfast with the group. A fantastic way to meet other like-minded mammas.

Week by week:

  • Week 1 – basic baby yoga introduction
  • Week 2 – mindfulness meditation yoga
  • Week 3 – baby massage and yoga
  • Week 4 – basic baby yoga continued
  • Week 5 – combination session

  • Water bottle

  • Anything your baby needs
  • We recommend barefoot training (socks if it’s cold).
  • Comfortable, lightweight clothing.

Things you need to know

  • You must be at least 8 weeks postpartum.
  • You must be cleared by your doctor or midwife for exercise.
