As some of you know, I am in the process of writing a seasonal guide to life in Sweden with kids. From summer through to spring, the anthology will give examples of how Swedes spend their seasons raising their families. In amongst the facts and figures, we want to offer readers personal stories and anecdotes from experienced international parents about life in Sweden with kids.
We would be honoured if you would consider including your experiences in the book. We hope that by doing so we can offer as diverse and broad a range of experiences as possible. Many voices, from all over the world, who live all over Sweden.
We’ve created four different questionnaires to choose from. Please, only choose one to fill in. It should take you no more than 10-15 minutes of your time. Each season represents a different area of life in Sweden i.e. summer = work/life balance, gender equality; autumn = social life and education; winter = health and holidays; spring = settling, feeling more at home and establishment.
Thank you so much in advance for your time and for offering your help and advice to future international parents in Sweden. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everyone’s stories will be published, but we will be in touch to let you know if your anecdotes will be included.
The seasonal anthology will be published in May 2019 and will be republished annually to keep up to date with changes in law, legislation and social issues. Everyone whose experiences are included will receive a copy of the book when it is published.
