The brunch revolution in Stockholm is strong at the moment. Greasy Spoon was established by two expats who were looking to rebrand breakfast in Sweden.

There are two locations, firstly, this one in Norrmalm and the second location in Södermalm. I would admit that this location in Norrmalm is far more “kid-friendly” than the location in Södermalm simply because of it’s size. Nevertheless, the staff in each cafe will trip over themselves to be super helpful.

As you would expect, anything you can imagine for breakfast, they’ve got it. All the staff speak English and, for some reason, wear dungarees…

Important things to note, it is STUPIDLY busy at weekends, avoid at all costs! But, weekdays are a breeze to get a table. Oh, and they DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS.
