Storholmen Viking Village is just outside of Norrtälje and about an hour and 10 minutes from Stockholm.

The museum is an outdoor, land and historical museum that is hosted by actors in dress telling stories, giving demonstrations and playing music and singing.
It’s property gates are open all year round, but the organised activities and mini festivals take place only in July. Opening hours are 12:00 – 16:00.
Their website doesn’t seem to be working at the moment but the Vikingabyn Storholmen Facebook site is very informative.
