Skansen’s Christmas market is meant to be the longest running Christmas market in Stockholm. The market takes place in Bollnästorget inside the animal park. It holds many stalls containing traditional Swedish workmanship, homeware, decorations and Christmas treats. There is also a food market that runs alongside it.
For many Sthlmers attending Skansen at Christmas is a stand out highlight of the year. It’s a magical and beautiful time of year to visit.
