Get your sports shoes on and join our Mom in Balance workout. The workout is a combination of cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength and core exercises. The workout is suitable for all levels.
We offer three different workouts:
- Pregnant: For an energetic pregnancy
- Back in Shape: For a quick recovery after birth (babies welcome)
- Mom in Shape: For all mothers who want to stay fit and healthy
Snow, rain or shine…it’s always workout time! Please wear sports clothes and good (water proof) sports shoes. In this weather it is best to wear layers and if icy you can bring crampons for your shoes if you have them.
You are welcome to bring along your babies (under 1 years old) in their stroller. Make sure they are dressed warmly too!
We meet every Tuesday at 10.30 infront of Kungliga Biblioteket in Humlegården. The first workout is free. You can signup with the code MOMFREE on https://www.mominbalance.com/sweden/en/signup/
