A traditional Swedish invitation to decorate the impressive and regal Christmas tree at the heart of Nordiska Museet.

All children can help blow a little magic glitter that hopefully finds its way into the museum’s splendour. In the eight-meter tall granary there are hundreds of handmade decorations created by decorator Lena Nilsson.

During the day, you can create your own Christmas tree decorations in our Christmas workshop, follow the show, listen to Christmas music from the wing, fairy tale and Christmas poetry – or relax with buns and other Christmas food in our restaurant. Welcome!

Costs 120 sek for adult entry and free entry for children up to 18 years. Read the full programme in detail, here.
