Foodstock is a festival that celebrates the history, the present glory and the cultural aspects of food.
It wants to showcase the richness of Nordic cuisine and its strong ties to its wild origins.
At the same time, we want to feature international food craft that has developed over time in other places with different conditions.
Developed and headed by Swedish chef, Niklas Eksted, Foodstock is bringing together 11 Michelin Star-chefs, 18 top cooks, 12 crafts people and top 10 restaurants represented.
The festival will encompass the entire island on the Saturday and Sunday, including cooking and food demonstrations, set menus, a kid’s corner, the best of Swedish craftsmanship and more.
